12.5 metres of efficiency: KRONE presents the new EasyCut B 1250 CV Fold Collect 

As the world's first three-point supported mower combination, this machine combines a working width of more than 12 m, an integrated conditioner and swath merging, offering maximum efficiency and a high level of user comfort. 

Spelle, Germany, May 2026: KRONE introduces an innovative mower combination – the EasyCut B 1250 CV Fold Collect – that has been specifically developed for use in challenging conditions. The machine is based on the EasyCut B 1250 Fold that was presented at Agritechnica 25. It has a variable working width of up to 12.5 m and is also equipped with a conditioner and cross conveyor belts to merge the swath. The mower combination is thus predestined for the efficient management of large surfaces in accordance with the 12 m controlled traffic farming (CTF) concept. 

Perfectly equipped with a conditioner and cross conveyor belts

The CV high-performance conditioner with hardened, V-shaped steel tines (Ø 64 cm) can be operated at two speed levels via a manual gearbox. The continuously adjustable conditioner plate enables it to be adapted accurately to different harvest conditions.

Individually controlled cross conveyor belts, for which the speed can be adjusted continuously, are designed to merge the swath. The cross conveyor belts are 910 mm wide and designed for large quantities of crops. They are fitted with lateral swath flap extensions enabling the flexible and fast switchover between wide spreading and swathing. This technology enables the user to mow across a width of 24 m and deposit crops across approx. 15 m – tailor-made for the Swadro TC 1570 to swath the cut crops extremely efficiently. The capacity of the following harvesting machines is thus utilised perfectly.

Working width of more than 12 m – perfect for use in CTF systems

The working width can be adjusted between 11.4 m and 12.5 m using the telescopic outrigger arms and sliding gearbox. Both of the mower units can easily be extended telescopically by up to 60 cm with a hydraulic side shift conveniently operated from the cabin – providing an optimum overcut tailored to the combined front mounted mower.

It can be combined perfectly with the EasyCut F 400 CV Fold that can produce three practically identical cut swaths. With a working width of more than 12 m, this mower combination is perfect for use in CTF systems. Accurate guidance in the generated tracks guarantees highly efficient work processes, during which soil compaction is reduced to a minimum. 

Proven cutterbar with unique folding mechanism

The lifetime lubricated and low-maintenance EasyCut cutterbar with eight cutting discs and two mower drums provides a completely safe, even and clean cut. The mowers and conditioner are driven from the side. This ensures a uniform crop flow while also reducing the amount of drive power required.

The patented folding mechanism uses a hydraulic slewing gear to fold the outside cutting discs of the mower units to the rear and also enables a quick changeover from the working to the transport position thanks to the constant friction-fit drive train. With a transport height of less than 4 m and a transport width of under 3 m, the machine can be transported safely on the road. 

High operator comfort while working

The EasyCut B 1250 CV Fold Collect is equipped with a hydraulic cutterbar relief, that can easily be adjusted from the cabin to ensure optimum ground adjustment. The machine is ISOBUS-compatible and equipped with comfort on-board electronics 2.0. Corresponding retrofit solutions and terminals are available for tractors that are not ISOBUS-compatible. An optional transport chassis is also available. Its transport wheel can be used to ensure permissible axle loads are observed. If required, the mower can also be equipped with high-cut skids for different cutting heights.
