Ist die Maschine mit einer hydraulischen Messergruppenschaltung ausgestattet, werden die Messer hydraulisch in den Messerschlitz gedrückt und entsprechend sicher aktiviert bzw. deaktiviert. Auf diesem Weg wird die Funktionssicherheit der Maschine weiter optimiert.

To improve visibility, ­KRONE round balers can be optionally equipped with digital cameras. A camera in the bale chamber allows the tying cycle to be monitored, while a second camera at the rear monitors the wrapping process or can be used as a rear-view camera. Changeover is automatic and event-controlled – to ensure maximum control and safety in every application. Can be ideally combined with the CCI terminals or the 7" monitor – to ensure perfect control in every situation.

The use of TIM makes the operation of the Comprima even faster and more comfortable. Now, also some of the tractor functions are controlled via the on-board electronics of the Comprima. Once the bale has grown to the desired size, the TIM stops the tractor, starts the tying process and opens and closes the tailgate.
