About the Role
As we are entering a new phase of growth and excitement in North America, we are looking for a Warehouse Lead – 2nd Shift, to join the team, based in Olive Branch, MS, and reporting to the Warehouse Superintendent.
Key accountabilities include:

Assist the Warehouse Superintendent with planning, overseeing, and participating in all warehouse shipping operations and activities of KNA.

Responsible for maintaining a high level of proficiency using the SAP business system to provide quick and accurate order processing.

Train, provide work direction, and coordinate the schedules and activities of assigned personnel; train new workers in warehouse operating processes and procedures.

Provide quality customer service for call-in orders during after-hours service calls.

Assure that parts, machines, and warehouse facility are maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.

Oversee warehouse cleanliness and organization by adhering to the posted warehouse cleaning schedule.

Close the facility daily and open facility when required.

Run the warehouse in the absence of the Warehouse Superintendent, ensuring that staff is set up and guided in daily operations and functions.

Relevant qualifications are highly regarded, but practical job experience and a willingness to learn on the job will also be considered.
