Central KRONE Parts Center

Time is money. For this reason, farmers need to rely on fast and dependable parts supply services in the heat of harvest. To ensure our customers are supplied with the required parts in the shortest possible time, KRONE continues to invest in its logistics system to streamline procedures. In 2006, we set up a modern parts and logistics center at our Spelle plant.
This 11,500m² warehouse holds up to 55,000 items on stock. An integrated logistics system allows picking and dispatching up to 3,000 items per day. As a result, KRONE ships an annual average of 8,000 tonnes of parts all over the world – by road, air and sea, 24 hours a day.
The warehouse also supplies the large number of local warehouses, both at home and abroad, with parts that are prone to wear and failure to guarantee these parts are quickly available, in particular in the harvest season.

The KRONE Parts Center was built in 2006. From here, the parts are dispatched to the world markets.

Items are stocked in 9m high shelves in the high-bay warehouse.

A complex and integrated logistics system ensures the parts are quickly removed from the shelves and transferred to the dispatch area.

The entire warehouse is managed to a bar code system.
