Owner of a Swadro 46 T Rotary Rake

Maynard Taylor is a busy man. He runs a successful Ag dealership and does all of the hay for his beef cow operation. Being a dealer, Maynard knows about the many options a customer has for hay equipment. He wants to be able to sell his customers the best product he can, that’s why he sells and owns Krone equipment.

When Maynard was looking to upgrade from his roller bar rake, he wanted a more efficient way to rake and dry his hay. So, he chose the 15’ Swadro 46 T. According to him, the purchase of the Krone rake has cut his raking time in half and makes a better windrow. Because of the nice windrow his rake makes, the hay in the windrow has a faster dry time. 

When it comes to features on his Swadro rake, Maynard really likes the transport features. He explains, “the transport height of the machine ensures that I don’t have to rake myself out of the field. The foldable tine arms make transporting the rake down the road simplistic. Also, the tandem axle give a smooth transport even in rough field conditions.” 

Would he purchase Krone again? “Yes, Krone is first in class in new technology.”
