Job Title: Retail Store Sales
Reports To: Store Manager, Twin Falls, ID
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: This is a retail sales position in Twin Falls, ID. Position is responsible for selling products in assigned region from dealership to farmers, ranchers, and growers in the field or at the dealership location. Maintains knowledge of key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the product line as well as competitors' products. Operates and demonstrates the key features of equipment by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Compiles database of pertinent crops, cultural practices, current owners, former owners, and prospects.*
2. Domicile must be located within assigned territory.*
3. Plan visits to customers within assigned area for the dealership to better understand their needs, trade cycle, and plans.*
4. Demonstrates products to qualified prospects; focusing on the unique features, benefits, and value of our products.*
5. Provides pricing quotes with specific detailed concerning prospective purchase, including financing options and warranties. Have customer sign equipment purchase order to confirm intentions and details.*
6. Schedules delivery to be with customer upon delivery of purchased products to reviews operating and servicing requirements, and other pertinent details of purchased equipment.*
7. Tracks monthly sales results, lost sales, future prospects, new products, and reviews all with Store Manager.*
8. Mediates any customer disputes and/or product problems immediately between all company personnel as needed. Reports major potential problems to Store Manager.*
9. Continually improve product knowledge of our current products sold, as well as the competitors’ products, to demonstrate the advantage of our products and suppliers versus competitors.*
10. Visits competitors’ owners on a regular basis to learn their likes and dislikes with the competitors’ products.*
11. Attends any company sponsored training programs, farm shows and expositions whether product related or sales development focused.*
12. Collaborates with Krone Territory Manager on sales activities.*
13. Works with other Krone Store personnel to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.*
14. Must be able to travel overnight of up to 50% of work time in assigned territory.*
15. Must be able to travel internationally as required*

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, DIS accounting and inventory software, and SAP accounting and inventory software.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor of Business degree with an emphasis on Agriculture related focus preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid driver's license with insurable driving history Valid Passport for International Travel
