Job Title: Krone Support Team Member - Sales & Service

Reports To: Manager, Krone Support Team
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Responsible for supporting dealers, customers and Krone personnel with resources, answers and information through verbal, written and electronic communication channels. This position specializes in sales and account questions.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Documents summary of all communications into SAP C4C ticket system to ensure that each request is handled in a timely manner.
2. Helps dealers and customers look up the correct parts for their machine.
3. Read and compare parts technical specs.
4. Research technical documents to help dealers with routine maintenance.
5. Provides sales assistance to dealers with machine availability, monthly program.
6. Builds relationships with dealers and serves as an intermediary between them and Krone Management.
7. Initiates changes that will strengthen brand perception and/or make it easier for people to do business with Krone NA.
8. Travels to the dealers perform training as required up to 10% travel during work time. Some International travel may be required.
9. Attends sales and service training when available.
10. Assists with creation and maintenance of online resources.
11. Trains and supports staff and dealer personnel on usage of SAP C4C
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
Assists Krone Support Representatives with answering overflow of phone calls as needed.
Assists other Departments with special projects as time allows.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SAP, Adobe InDesign or equivalent preferred, Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
BS/BA degree or 2-4 years experience
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license Valid Passport for International Travel
