JOB TITLE: IT Business Systems Manager

REPORTS TO: CEO

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

SUMMARY:

As IT Manager of Krone NA, Inc., you will make a significant contribution to further developing the business in close cooperation with regional stakeholders and the central KRONE IT Business Center. Responsible for providing information technology support and service within Krone NA, Inc., focusing on the optimization of business processes and corresponding applications as well as digitalization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the development of mid- and long-term targets based on regional stakeholders demands and central Business Center IT control guidelines
• You drive IT change management and communicate the impact on business processes due to new IT capability improvements and vice versa
• Based on your expertise in both IT and the business domain, you will independently identify business demands and offer innovative solutions
• You track and explain key results to internal leadership stakeholders
• You raise the cooperation between the regional stakeholders, key users, and central Business Center IT to a higher level
• You ensure effective and efficient use of the IT budget
• You are responsible for the Project Management of projects to plan, organize and oversee the resources to ensure delivery with regard to the goals and objectives of projects
• You establish a sustainable and influential key user structure
• You optimize IT solutions across business processes and platforms
• You manage the IT Application Technology Roadmap
• You achieve Operational Excellence for IT Application Technology
• You lead the local IT team in technical value area

 Profile:

• Education: Completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in computer science, business or a comparable subject
• Personality: Communicative, team player and responsible
• Working Practice: Structured, analytic and target oriented
• Experience: Several years of professional experience
• Knowledge: Profound knowledge of SAP Business Applications as well as Business background
• Languages: Very good communication skills in written and spoken English.
