THE COMPLETE HAY SYSTEM
Krone’s complete system of haymaking machines can provide you with a new level of high quality hay. Krone Mowers and Mower Conditioners provide a precision cut and high capacity.  Krone Rotary Tedders spread and condition the crop for quicker dry down and faster haying times.  Krone Rotary Rakes allow for earlier raking and provide uniform, low-density windrows for continued drying in the windrow and higher leaf retention.  If you haven’t baled behind a Krone Rotary Rake, you have a new baling experience in your future.  Krone Round Balers finish the harvest by providing high capacity baling and high-density bales.

BiG BALING with BiG PACK BiG SQUARE BALERS
If BiG Square bales are part of your operation Krone offers 10 models with bale sizes of 3 X 3, Multi Bale models, 3 X 4, and 4 X 4.  Each model offers the special, and in some cases exclusive, features and benefits of the Krone BiG Pack Baler line such as:

  • oversized flywheels for a lower horsepower requirement and smooth baling
  • all shaft drives for lower maintenance and more efficient transfer of power
  • tandem axle and steerable axle options for comfort and maneuverability
  • cutting mechanism option to eliminate further bale processing
  • overload protection allowing you to eliminate blockage from the tractor seat

BiG MOWING with BiG M
BiG means BIG and if you want BiG, Fast Mowing and Conditioning take a look at the BiG M Self Propelled Mower Conditioner.  You can cut and condition up to 32 feet in one pass or up to 28+ acres per hour.  Conditioning is done with a V Tine system, a crimping metal roller system or a crimping rubber roller system.  Work in the comfort of a state of the art cab with futuristic joystick controls.  The first BiG M in North America, sold in 1998, is still running today after more than 100,000 acres.

BiG HARVESTING with BiG X
BiG goes even further with the Krone BiG X Self Propelled Forage Harvester.  With 4 models to choose from, Krone’s BiG X 1000 offers the largest Forage Harvester in the world at 1020 horsepower (ECE R120).  All that power can’t be utilized without a BiG Head and Krone offers it with the EC Easy Collect Corn Heads that come in sizes up to 14 rows and in a flat fold design (12 and 14 row only), an industry first.  The EC Heads in the 8-row design are also sold for use on competitive brands of Forage Harvesters.
