Position Title: Dealer Services Representative (DSR)
Department: Dealer Services Group
Position Objective: To support the Krone NA dealer network and field personnel with resources, answers and information through verbal, written and electronic communication channels. The DSR serves as the primary contact for the dealer network with KNA, and as an intermediate contact between the dealer network and Krone Managers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming communications from dealers, customers, and field personnel via phone, e-mail, and other communication methods
- Forward incoming communications to the appropriate person(s) if the request is beyond the DSR’s scope of familiarity or responsibility
- Enter a summary of each incoming communication into a log to ensure each request is handled
- Provide structured training to dealers and field personnel in using electronic resources
- Assist dealers with using electronic resources as needed
- Encourage dealers to use available electronic resources to resolve issues
- Work with Supervisor, Dealer Services in the development and maintenance of electronic and printed resources
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Ag field
Experience: Experience in Ag related field preferred
Other Requirements & Skills
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Strong computer & typing skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- General mechanical skills; experience with Ag equipment a plus
- Must be willing to travel occasionally (less than 5% of the time)
Relationships:
- Reports to Supervisor, Dealer Services
- Works and communicates extensively with Krone dealer network
- Works with all other departments within the company to resolve issues from dealer network and field personnel
